Imperium Release New Guitar Playthrough ‘Beast From Beneath’

Guitar junkies and technique enthusiasts be aware! Mike Alexander, founding member and one half of UK technical death metal duo Imperium has released a new guitar playthrough ‘Beast From Beneath’. The track is taken from the band’s new album Titanomachy, which was released last month via Ultimate Massacre Productions.

This video showcases the technicality, proficiency and precision one should expect to hear on the latest Imperium record, an album of ferocious yet epic metal steeped in Greek mythology and lore, sharing bleak tales of betrayal, brutality, destructive monsters and war between the Gods and Titans themselves. This is an album huge in both lyrical scale and musical depth.

Following the release of their acclaimed debut Sacramentum in 2012 which featured Trigger the Bloodshed and The Bridal Procession members Robert Purnell and Steve Garnier, Imperium have reshuffled their ranks following the subsequent departure of Purnell and Garnier with the addition of Doug Anderson (Unfathomable Ruination) on vocals, and have bounced back with a brand new masterclass in technical death metal with Titanomachy.
